the comparision between turbos and half-assed equipment doesn't fly. An ud pulley without a dampener is better compared to shitty high compression pistons. Will it do anything noticeable right away? (other than add power) not neccesarily...will you get noticable hp gains? yes. Are you putting your engine at higher risk for damage because you bought an inferior product? yes. Just buy a damn ud pulley with a dampener...I'm not telling you not to buy ud pulleys, I'm telling you not to buy half-assed cheap ones.
