I must agree.......though not ignorant! an underdrive with a harmonic balancer would be better for both worlds...please state one case where somebody lost a motor due to this mod.....I wont hold my breath.....you have a good point and theory it is rock solid....in reality every NA that is running high HP's has this and nobody has claimed premature worn bearings or heavy vibration.....good point but a little harsh....I think buschur makes them for 350.00....I haven't found them yet but they are out there...I think ultimately a cilicone filled (not the boobs gents) balancer with underdrive would be even better........
I did a dyno with the downpipe I made and learned alot about HP math....if you added 5 mods that give 5hp each you wont have 25 hp gain with all 5..........if think you will your an idiot.
The NA exhaust...on mine anyway.....has a main cat (very restrictive) a resonator (small muffler) and a 30 pound mufler...again very restrictive.......get a 2.5 high flow....and go straight to a good muffler....at least 25 hp total.
I went to the track and a fellow member had the "EXACT" car as me with ignition,flywheel and exhaust and he was clocking 14.9 at the end of the day I was 1.2 slower...do the math...that motor comes out in winter...16.1 is bullshit......bottom line I think with this list of mods a very high 13 could be hit.... maybe 13.9999999999999999 but still a 13
