North Texas guys, I need your help
Ok so tomorrow around 1 I'm going to arlington to look at a vr4 that wasn't running well soon after a complete engine rebuild, the fuel was cutting out. The owner thought it was the fuel pump and bought and installed a walbro 255, but it wouldn't start after so he bought a hotwire kit, that didn't work, he ran a wire straight from the battery to the fuel pump and the pump didn't even come on.
So I'm going to look at it tomorrow at 1 like I said and was wondering if anyone that knows enough about them or think they can diagnose it would be able to come there and look at it with me?
I have been talking to member VR3.9 and he said it could be the ecu, if no one can help me, can you give me an exact list of what to check and look for?
He has the original pump, and we can put it back in if the walbro one is bad.
