The exhaust is rather restrictive. Alot of people go single catback, eliminating the cat completely. Intake, K&N does no wrong. I couldn't tell you much about cams however.
These NA engines don't have a ton of potential though. Upgrade everything and it might put out 300hp. A few people have done 6g74 swaps which is a 3.5L shortblock instead. Granted you mentioned that you were keeping the 3L in.
