Nope. Plenty of threads on this topic already that have the answers you need.

Anyway, A 17x9 +24 will stick out from the fenders. The math to figure out how much is very easy. You can find it on this forum or read this article on aftermarket wheel sizing: The Pansy Patrol Backspacing, offset, and buying aftermarket wheels

Further, as you'll find out when you read the countless threads on this topic, it's fairly difficult to find suitable dished wheels because of the shape of the VR-4/TT calipers. This is less of an issue for N/A cars.

Yet another thing that you would have discovered if you read other threads on this topic is that using an offset significantly different from stock screws up the dave point--the relative positions of the centerline of the wheel and the axis on which the steering knuckle rotates. It causes heavier steering feel and can worsen bump steer and rebound.

The proper way to choose wheel sizes and offsets is to stay as close to the original dave point as possible. You'll have to compromise, but you don't want to overdo it. I understand that some people need to have maddest, tytest, most shizz-rippin' poon-magnet dizzubs on the planet, but you should at least consider functionality when buying upgraded parts.

As a point of reference, my own wheels are 9.5" wide (wider than the ones you want to buy) yet they have an offset of +36mm (12mm closer to stock than the ones you want to buy). My tires (275/40/17) also stick out from the fenders about 1/3 of an inch or so. Those wheels would stick out even more.

Generally, an optimal offset for a 9" wide wheel for a 3/S is around 40mm. I sure as hell wouldn't buy the wheels you linked to, not when I could spend a little more and get a set of 17x9 5Zigen FN01R-Cs. The FN01R-C is a better-looking, better-sized, and better-designed wheel than those cheap mustang jobs.

And there, in summary, is everything you would have found had you searched and read the other threads on this topic instead of just exhuming this one. In fact, this has got to be the 10th time--at least--that I've personally posted all this information.
