Rooms will be $75/night for 2 person parties, and $85/night for 4 person parties. I'm sure you all will be having 2 ppl..lol.
I highly suggest getting reservations in NOW! We're a month away, but she says they stay busy every weekend in September, so book now, and the'll try their best to put all our rooms together. Again, this place is OCEANFRONT, not a 5 star place, but damnit it's oceanfront, and not a bad price.
No pets guys, sorry...I will have to find a doggysitter myself.
For now, I told her we only needed 10-15 rooms, but I need to get a solid head count to them, so they can guarantee enough rooms for everyone.
Schedule
Friday Afternoon/Evening
~check in, meet & greet
~ dinner, we'll cruise up to Broadway at the Beach
Lots of different restaraunts, shopping, things to do up at Broadway, we'll leave it to you for what you want to eat
Saturday
~ between 10:30 - 11 - we'll head up to the car wash, which is pretty good size for lots of cars. get vehicles cleaned up and shiny.
~ after cash wash, its lunch and car show at HOOTERS
~ from there, free time to spend on the beach, go shopping, cruise around, sight seeing..basically take some time to enjoy yourselfs and do what you want, its your vacation too!
~ around 8 we'll cruise the strip once, stop to eat dinner somewhere, and cruise the strip back up after dinner, and head back to motel
Sunday
~ check out is 11AM
~ some will eat breakfast, others will just leave, but we'll all say goodbye!
I will be down in Myrtle end of August, and will scope out the strip for a place for dinner Saturday night.
Also, we will be having some shirts designed and made. We will require pre-pay for the shirts...I'm not putting up a bunch of cash, and then getting stuck with a bunch of shirts, not happening. So, I will get some estimates, and get prices to you guys. If there aren't enough ppl signed up to make it worth it for the t-shirt company, we'll just scrap the idea.
