Some kind of inner support would be a must from what I've heard. Aluminum ribbing or something. I wouldn't know what design would give the most support, for the lowest price, and be easiest to incorporate into manufacturing. If I had the spare time, I'd make some designs on CAD or something. But I don't.

If I happen to come across a broken one I would like to play around with different bracing.
