Saw a beautiful pearl yellow 94 RT TT in State College that was debaged, lowered, and had aftermarket rims. Looked to have 99 front end since I could see the 99 side markers from the side but didn't get to see the whole front. It had a dual exhaust and sounded sick. I was parked next to him at a stop light and chatted for a quick minute and said he had 700 hp. He was an older guy that was probably in his late 50's. I bet he's not on here but does has anyone else ever seen this car?
