Default Re: what type of bov to get non-recirculating or recirculating?

Hello, I'm new here but I have a little exp. with the recirc bov. I have a Greddy type S recirc and at idle (REVING) you can here it but not that loud. But on the road, it turns heads BUT shifting at 2.5 to 4 rpms. Any higher than that, your not getting that noise. The top brand is the hks ssqv which I just ordered. I'm praying I can make it an open atmosphere and have the same performance. From what can see from 3si, different cars react different. I hope the people with the problems plug up the recirc. opening to the pipe to the turbos. I never had any problems with the recirc. They are great. I will update you asap with the ssqv. Running rich is not good because your buring to much fuel and abusing the engine slightly. Now running lean, your risking your self stalling from the lack of power. That's were stochiometerics kick in making perfect air/fuel ratios. See carburators were hand adjustable, but with injectors its all computerized. If you don't mind, tell me what you did and how it went, thanks.
