I am going to keep the carpet in there, but scrape off all that noise padding underneath. I can imagine it being slippery as ice too when wet, and in London, that will be often :P

Also, I did not think about cutting square out of the carpet where the seats are, i add that to my list. Thanks!

That's not too bad an idea about the precats actually. I know turbos hate back pressure, but would the enigne on the whole lose out on low down power due to no exhaust?
