What do you think overall? The owner said that he dynoed the engine and it gave him 250whp and 300hp without tune. Do you seriously think that he would get 250whp with all the mods that he listed? I'm trying to figure out if I should buy the engine or not thats all. whp = actual horsepower to the wheels and hp =is just the hp that it produces because driveterain loss.
