Default Re: -= Ultimate Emanage Tuning Thread =-

yeah i've noticed all the extra wires going to all the other sensors and i wasnt really sure what would happen because i had it wired for stage one but also i had the input channels wired up. so i could add fuel still and see timing. dunno if i could add timing. i didnt wanna try. so i dunno. but i had all the jumpers set right for sure. went threw it like 4 times just to make sure.

software and firmware are 2.16 (i know its got the timing bug but i wasnt worried about the timing in the data log.)

i was shooting for getting a data log run using these sensors

greddy pressure sensor
a/f meter
rpm
airflow
throttle
ignition timing
I/J INPUT DUTY CYCLE
I/J INPUT DURATION

this time i'm gonna start from scratch. i'm gonna hook it up at only stage 1. no extra sensors are gonna be wired in. except for the greddy pressure sensor and the a/f meter harness.

and i will be running the data log in the emanage and in the hand held halo so then you can see all the sensors being recorded and also knock sum. if i happen to run into some.

but yeah blackstealth i'm having the same problems as before. and also while trying to get a stock datalog for you guys, my vehicle speed sensor shorted out and fried the harness for the speed sensor and the wires going to it and also started to melt my fuse block next to the obdI connection. the fuse in the fuse block that should have blown because of the short. it melts and just arced across keeping the connection alive. so right now i dont have a speed sensor and i gutted the wiring out and put new wire in. but im having a hard time finding a speed sensor. and the harness that goes to it. im gonna have to make my own. cuz its melted to the sensor and wont come off lol.

with in the next hour or so i'm gonna put everything to stage 1 and hook it up and try again to get a couple logs.

i'm not completely stock now tho. but i'm less modded they everyone else that is using an emanage. lol.

mods done are listed below

`255lph fuel pump
`hotwire
`dn rear pre-cat
`3inch straight exhaust no cats at all (two 40 series flowmasters)
`fuel lab a/fpr (idle set to 40psi)
`intake cone and aftermarket y-pipe
`blitz dsbc
`egr delete and vac hose reduction

with the new engine and everything i've only put on about 300 miles so far. so i'm probably only gonna boost up to where i think its ok. since its not broken in all the way yet. also new clutch (stage 2 south bend)

i'll post back around 6pm eastern time
