Default Re: -= Ultimate Emanage Tuning Thread =-

sleeper3000: Wow, I'm surprised you're still having those problems, I thought you resolved them a long time ago. I'm suspecting you may have a defective emanage unit because you should be able to run stage 1 without any side effects when emanage airflow correction map is set to 0%.

Boomslang hooks up other additional wires outside of my "stage 1", "stage 2", "stage 3" diagrams. Refer to my "stage 1" diagram and have only those basic wires installed, and disconnect those additional wires. To make boomslang modifications easy I used some quick connect/disconnect connectors as I found myself switch between stage 2.5 and stage 3 often, and disconnected other emanage features when I was hunting for a glitch I was having in stage 3.

At stage 1, the only thing being intercepted is airflow signal. With the airflow correction map set to 0% throughout and emanage configured correctly for a 6G72 engine, emanage should be completely transparent, if not it's defective.

Incidentally which software/firmware revision are you using?

The only thing I wish I had available is a stock AFR chart with RPMS and Boost(PSI) as the axis. It would make tuning more comfortable knowing precisely what AFR it should be a given RPM and Boost. WOT tuning and idle/cruise is easy, but the AFR in between is a bit in the gray area.
