Here is what I've tried so far. New master/slave/SS line. Bled the system twice. Adjusted the pedal all the way out. I still have the same issue. Very difficult to get into the first gear. It's a bit easier when the car is cold, very hard when it's hot. I have to go to 2nd gear first, then 1st. Fill like I do not get full disengagement.

Also, once in a while when I am cruising in 1st and come to a stop with clutch pedal pressed all the way in, I can hear lower frequency metal to metal scraping sound coming from the clutch area and car really pushes forward even at idle. This does not happen often, once every 2-3 days and I am usually at a stop light making right or left turn when it does that (wheels turned).

What are my options next? I am getting ready to drop transmission again.
