Yeah, it's a one man method. Put the car up on jackstands as high as they go. Install the clutch. Put the tranny on a small cart, and wheel it under the engine bay. Then you thread 2 bolts into where the shift linkage bolts up, use that as the hoist point. Hoist away. With a tranny jack it took me forever to line up the shaft and spin the tranny on, that hump is a bitch. With a hoist it took less than 5 minutes to line up the splines and slide the tranny on.
