Dragging SPEC II, not sure why
Hi,
I recently installed new SPEC 2 clutch and now I have a hard time getting into the 1st gear. Problem only exists with engine running and it looks like clutch not fully disengaging problem. Car wants to move forward a bit when I am trying to shift into the first. Here is what I did so far.
Bled the system, replaced master/slave and rubber line, adjusted the pedal. Problem still there.
I thing I did not do (it was very stupid of me) was to replace or resurface flywheel during the clutch swap. My friend said that it looked ok and it had only 20K on it so I though I would be ok. Can a bad (eneven) flywheel cause clutch disengagement issues?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks
