Thanks, that does help me with my e-brake related question.
I think the point of wiring this into the ignition also is to turn on the BC when the car is turned on, and turn it off when the car is off. I do think that this would happen anyways if wired to something like the cig. lighter seeing as how there's no power to it when the car is off.....Sort of confusing. Either way, the manual on pg 7 of that link does say to connect to a +12V AND ignition...or is the ignition wire ALSO for the turbo timer, and these are just really poor instructions?
If it is needed for the BC, can someone confirm that the ignition wire in a 92 vr4 is a black wire with a white stripe?
