I think I usually just buy the next size up from 3.5, whatever it is. 6mm should be good enough. If you end up with line that's a bit to small, just beast it on there. If it's too big, use a zip tie or something for the time being.

Depending on how you route your lines, you can reuse the stock BOV line anyway. I'm still using the stock BOV hose.
