I'm glad I'm not the only one with this! I've been driving daily with this problem for almost 3 months now. I've been wondering if the rear exhaust manifold is jammed or something, I read a thread where a fella had the gasket jam up in the manifold.

I drive my 2.2 Celica and it feels So fast!

I've searched every thread I could think off for the problem, and I'm plumb out of ideas. I was thinking maybe a big manifold leak on the intake, but it doesn't seem to make that much noise. I can hear a smallish sounding leak from behind the manifold, I figure its a vacuum line of some kind leaking a bit, but nothing large enough to jusitfy it.

I was thinking of buying some 13g's, when I get my Celica back (on loan to my friend until his supra starts running) pulling it all open, checking the wastegates and every inch of the IC piping. I hear hissing when I drive, and tiny BOV noises, but its just not making it too the motor somehow!

It definatly was progressive in the boost loss though, 9psi, then 6psi, then 4 then 2 then 1 now 0psi, what does it all mean!
