Some shops have done tests switching from pump to E85 and when only changing the fuel to match the AFR they are seeing torque gains of about
30. That is without uping the timing that you can do with E85.

That just don't make any sense...other than trying to save sales.
And I can see why E85 would scare someone in the Alky injection kit selling business, but trying to debunk E85 is kinda silly. It's pretty proven to actually give MORE power even before tuning in more timing. It's cheap. And some are getting MORE power out of it than they do on straight race gas. You can't claim that with Alky inj.
Sure alky can be great on top of pump gas. But it's no match for E85..I mean cmon.....
(I have an aquamist kit on my car myself so I am not an alky hater)
