 - I hear ya when it comes to the neighbors. My car is loud on start up too. I just let it roll down the driveway and head out in stealth mode as not to wake their baby. But when the kid gets older IT's ON LOL!
Post an update when you have time to listen to it. I have a feeling it's something to do with the lifters too.
