Default pros and cons of your boost controller

so my greddy profec b spec 1 finally died, stepper motor clicking away under any kind of positive pressure. figured it was a perfect time for a comparison of boost controllers since i need a new one. so... list your boost controller pros and cons, let's get a quality thread going here!

*edit* the boost controller wasn't dead, it was a problem elsewhere still tried and true! */edit*

greddy profec b spec 1 (the really old one)

pros:

1. easy installation.
2. very easy operation (3 knobs!)
3. minimal or no boost spikes.
4. relatively low cost.

cons:

1. turbo flutter on occasion, regardless of where the gain is set. *edit* this appears to be an issue with a pressure differential, not the boost controller */edit*
2. low knob maxed out at ~12psi, high knob near maxed out at ~17psi. not suitable for high (would estimate 25psi+) psi applications. *edit* this seems dependent on gain, with a sharp gain the high knob maxes out quite a bit higher. still would prob not use it for 25psi+ applications */edit*
3. no digital display, no boost logging and no peak/hold display *edit* this still applies */edit*

i think that about covers it. list your thoughts on your boost controller
