The analog 1 and 2 outputs that you can configure are just the yellow and brown wires, and not the serial output that plugs into the scanmaster. I tried it anyway, and it didn't change anything.
Also, the info that I have found by searching is for the LM-1 and not the LC-1. I'm wondering if there are differences that are complicating things.

cant use serial. you have to run output 1 to a stereo jack, and then connect it that way.
