I can vouch for the statement below. Joshua drove an hour and a half to my house at least 3 times to help me get my car tuned. He never asked for anything in return. Great guy to work with and very knowledgable!!

The AEM EMS does not work out of box. It might come with a base-map to get you going, but tuning is an absolute necessary. This is true with any engine management solution.
Finally, what makes you think that we haven't gone to help people in person? I have never turned down a request for help, and have taken quite a bit of personal time to help people who are local to me.
I know it can frustrating, when something isn't working how you want or expect.
