Just a couple of points..
The majority of the time, most issues are simply things have either been overlooked or miss-understood. This is why when trouble-shooting, its normal to start at the lowest common denominator.
The AEM EMS does not work out of box. It might come with a base-map to get you going, but tuning is an absolute necessary. This is true with any engine management solution.
Finally, what makes you think that we haven't gone to help people in person? I have never turned down a request for help, and have taken quite a bit of personal time to help people who are local to me.
I know it can frustrating, when something isn't working how you want or expect.
