Good advice, or one who knows the judges in the county you'll have to appear. I have used one and the results were as the lawyer said, basically I paid a fine, but received no points, which was my goal. The lawyer also got the fine reduced, but with having to pay him, that was a wash.
In the end, you need to ask some questions to the lawyer, interview him to find out his experience and what he thinks he can achieve with your situation.
