I have, but it was in NY. I found the guy using google =P. Called them up, never even got to talk to the lawyer, but it seemed legit. I was doing 85 in a 55, and the guy dropped the $375 6-point ticket down to a $125 non-moving violation. I had to send the ticket to him, and he sent me the bill. I checked with insurance and there was no trace of the ticket at all. Got what I paid for, although it was expensive ($400). Hope this helps.
