Just pull everything out, and unhook all the lines. I would trash the AC bracket as well with the pulley's on it. Just make sure to replace the 2 bolts that go into the oil pump, and then just route a belt directly from the crank pulley to the alternator. Look up a member named "struggly". He had a thread dedicated to this very thing.
