Well I give you big credit for being one of the few if not only new person on here to ask where he can do some researching about our cars before he gets into it.

Usually it's a newbie making a new thread asking how he can make 500awhp on pump gas.
The bible for our cars would be
Stealth 316 Home where you can just about learn about anything for our cars. The garage section is my favorite.
If yo can turn a wrench our cars are not tall that hard to work on. I would start by getting your car to BPU standards and work from there. Best of luck to ya and we're all here to help if needed.
Don't be scared away by the fuel system. All that's really needed when going with larger injectors is a piggyback system which basically fools the ecu into thinking you have stock injectors. You can go from the simplest to all out, it all depends on your ultimate goal. (Apexi SAFCII) (EManage) (AEM)
The SAFCII is the simplest to tune and can get you going easily. Keep in mine that if your not experienced in tuning best bet is to find someone that can help. A wide-band is worth the investment to help you along.

As the saying goes "measure twice, cut once" Right now I think i have a pretty good idea of how things go, but the whole fuel system with dual fuel rails i feel uneasy about, allready wrecked a engine by screwing up fuel systems. I prefer not to go through that again.
