K&N FIPK for the intake, they dont make cold air intakes for turbo cars. and for a bov it depends on what you want. open atmosphere, closed loop, loud, quiet. if you want loud open atmosphere you can do somthing like the TurboXS RFL but i would suggest staying away from that since they seem to leak, another open choice is the HKS SSQV. it is one of the best on the market and in my opinion sound great. if your going closed loop you should go with the 1gen DSM or the evo bov, also teh HKS SSQV is possible to use in aclosed loop mode by buying the adapter... i personally am using the Greddy RS, its an open atmosphere and sounds great. not too loud but is very noticable.
for upgrades the best way to go is intake, bov, 3gen lifters if yours are ticking, boost controller(electronic or manual), Walboro 255 pump or the supra pump, and a downpipe. along with those i would recommend getting rid of that nasty wheel gap and do KYB suspension with tein s.techvlowering springs or coilovers.
its all in what your looking for and up to you with what you want.
the fuel i know my car personally love sunoco premium and for oil i use Q full synthetic. Mobil One is another widely used brand for oil.
