Default spark plug issues, no compression in front three cylinders help please!

so, i posted up a while ago that i had taken out the front three plugs and 2 of them had no gaps what so ever and it looked like there was a metal material on the tops of them. A member told me that it could have been detonation or smashed valves.

i've done a compression check on the front three cylinders and they all read 0, just with little movements of the needle. I took the plenum off and changed out the plugs in the back 3 as well, all of those plugs looked fine though.
here's a picture of the front 3 plugs

so with 2 plugs that look very bad i'm asking you guys what you think is wrong with the car. it's got 170k and i was thinking it would be timing, or bent valves, any help with what i should do next would be awesome... please help me out!
