I went to get an inspection sticker today. My 92 stealth turbo was running mint. I go to pick it up after work and the car is running really rough and there is some tick (sounds like lifter tick). Said it failed because of Very high HC i guess, but the car was running mint for the past 2 weeks (just put it back on the road).
I live in MA and we have emission's here

Anyone have any idea what is going on?
