What most people do is sand it up like crazy..., takes forever but looks good. Only problem is I know after a while it will stain. I think you can put maybe some kind of clear coat on it afterwards but i'd personally rather have it chromed...
John, did you ever send anything out to get polished I remember you got like a free polish job from somewhere at ECG.
