Re: How do these 5-speed synchros look?
As it turns out, I do have the STEEL synchros with sintered friction inner. Should have thought this before, but a magnet sticks to the outside. The outside has taken on a bronze color, but is definately steel.
Attached is photo of the 3rd and 4th synchro. 3rd is on top. Obviously it is more worn out.
