ok i took the T apart and it appears to be a ball and sping built into the T. I have no idea how to get this crap to work

also does it matter how long the vacuum lines are between the waste gates?
right now one is longer than the other. Im going to buy so extra vac. line and run both of them the same.
what about the other threads setup for the MBC. why is one side of the BC open? wouldnt that just cause a vac. leak
