When the crank angle angle sensor on my 95 went it sounded just like yours when I tried to start it. If you had low fuel pressure I would think your car would start but maybe have no power.

yea sensor was changed out, but the problem ended up being the crank was off almost 7 teeth!!! we dont know how but since i didnt install the timing components this time im not at fault, myself and a buddy redid the timing and it cranked right up, dumping gas with the 550's, but the problem ended up being 7 teeth off on the crank, compression check shows good compression still, and we've been running it the past few days
now time to figure out all the small boost leaks! thanks for all the help guys, and ill get videos on tonight of the car idling, running, and a few quick revs... as for the oil pickup tube, thats another thing we're gonna just go ahead and replace, we've had 2 people say "might as well, its pretty much a brand new motor" so we're gonna swap out the tube...
