... Well first off it sounds like you really need to go over the car and figure out what needs done to it mechanically because it sounds like there is a lot of maintenance issues with the car.

The next day I was fixing the radiator by applying some plumber's puddy (read it in a 3si.org forum) and unplugged the spark plug cables to look at the spark plugs then put them back as they were.

I tried turning the car on and it did turn on, drove it for a bit and noticed that when i shifted from 1st to 2nd it would try to turn off. The radio, boost controller, and turbo timer would turn off and come back on. As i shifted to 3rd the car would go back to normal. When I press the clutch to down shift to 2nd the rpm would stay the same or go up to 3000 rpm and stay constant even if i didn't give it gas. When I turned off the car, the engine would shut off, along with the radio, boost controller, turbo timer, and all electrical (as if it were a car normal car).

I messed with the timer and got it to make the car stay on for 50 seconds after removing the key (like it normally did when it was in good working condition), but now the car engine won't stay on. When I turn it on it stays on for about 2 seconds and turns back off and the electrical stuff (radio, boost controller, etc) stays on because of the turbo timer.

There ya go...its a little better.
