generally if you can feel the scratch (like with the edge of your fingernail) it can't be fixed without going deep enough in the glass that it distorts the image. If the scratches are on the outside I wouldn't even worry about them unless you can find replacement windows cheap- I'd just tint them anyway (in fact that's exactly what I did
)
