I thought castor was adjustable, it has a lot to do with handling as well. When I took mine for an alignment the guy told me I had good castor and he wouldnt have to adjust that, when I asked him what it was.
Ok it can be adjusted! BUT, you have to bend things back with a hydraulic piston. So I'd say take it to a body repair shop they should be able to do that.
