I just bought & am in the process of installing the 9006 low beam, 9005 high beam and H3 fog lights, all 8000k for a delivered price of $201. I have a 94 VR4 with 99 front end conversion where I re-used the 94 fog lights & made a custom mounting bracket. The H3 bulb fits in the fog light housing OK (it's a little tight since the back end is longer than an H3 halogen bulb), but I had to cut off the connectors to fit it through the housing hole & re-use the housing rubber boot. I may have to take off the bumper skin to mount the ballasts. I haven't tried them at night yet, and if I think they are too blue they will sell replacement bulbs in 6000k or 4300k for $15 each.
