Re: boost; what's yours at?
Post some pictures up of the engine bay (multiple from different angles), the interior (preferably the instrument cluster and any gauges you have), and we may be able to help tell you some things, like some of the mods you have and some suggestions.
Your "cutting out" could also be spark blowout from the sounds of it, but I would more than likely bet its fuel cut as suggested if you're legitimately boosting 20psi.
