Heres how I see it, if I can get all new part and labor paid for by somebody else, I might as well take advantage of that, but if that comes to more than the value of the car then scratch that, and it sounds like that won't be an issue.
Another option is to get the full check for price parts and labor, then buy my parts from mentor, do it myself and pocket the difference. Its gonna be a matter of convenience and how her insurance wants to handle this.
This is all assuming she will pay for my damages, if not (*knock on wood), time to go searching for some cheap ass rims!
