Hmmm I have no knowledge of flip up lights, however the antenna. Did it go up before? If its the original one maybe your ground broke, mine did and the lil bastard wouldn't go up randomly. changed it out with a broken one from a yard and the thing goes up perfectly. Also these damn antennas are prone to dying I know that, perhaps the motor went out although if you still hear it trying to crank I would check the wires and try to see if anything around there came lose or simply broke.
