ok i will try to get pictures and try to give yall a better explanation tomorrow when i look at it again.The rotor is where it is supposed to be it just is hitting something everytime the wheel spins.

Example: I have the car up on jacks.When i spin the front right wheel that is working perfectly it turns easily.Then when i go to spin the front left wheel that is causing the problems it is much harder to turn.

I dont know if that will help you at all but im trying
