I'm with the others.. it's impossible.
Did you buy the correct rotors?
The rotor tightens as you put your lugnuts on. There is no (logical) way it can move seperate from the caliper & other parts on the wheel assembly.
There is either something simple you have missed or you have the wrong rotors.
