I searched first and found a few related problems but never got a straight answer.

OK basically the car wont start! when i bought it a week or so ago it had the problem of sometimes when you turn the key forward it started fine, but most of the time you turn it forward you get nothing not even a hesitation or a click click click start just blank.Now i tried for over an hour 3 days in a row and no start. The only thing that happens is the radio goes blank. If you turn the key on for a few seconds and then back off you hear the click sound on the passenger side consol so ie MFI is working. Next i checked all the fuses and relays under the hood the MPI/ECI was good. A local mechanic is comming to pick up the car wed. to put a new ignition in it but i have a feeling thats not the problem. And when the key did work sometimes it started quickly with no hesitation, so i think the starter works fine. I read on here it could be the ECU how would i check this? Or what else could it be?

Also while he is doing this i am having him fix 2 other MAJOR problems.

So the car smokes blue smoke (oil i know) from the exhaust very heavily during idle (not sure while driving i dont see any) but i knopw the previous guy had cranked up the boos between 14-19 psi on the stock turbos. It also is using a lot of oil. now the motor runs quiet with no typical DSM tick (idle at about 1100 though) 61K on motor.so im pretty sure that it blew the turbo seals out so so i've heard this is about 11-12 hours labor to replace turbos not including any parts just labor. I am in kansas city, mo and cant seem to find any rebuilt turbos/ direct replacements i.e. TDO4,WRX or what i would really like is a pair of 15G. Is it hard to replace the seals myself? and how much does this job typically cost to do including parts?

OK on to the last of the major problems.....

There is a mild to heavy vibration in my powertrain under load i can be cruising down the highway at 70 or so and if i push the clutch in it rolls smooth as butter but as soon as i give it ANY throttle it starts to vibrate (not the car really just the what i assume feels like the driveshaft or something) Especially rough at under 3K rpm's. I have been told wheel bearings, carrier bearings, and U-joints.....WHat would you suggest?
