If it were mine, I'd probably put a belt on it just because It's 12 years old.. I doubt I'd do a full 60K if all the bearings passed a visual inspection.

That's basically what I did with mine.. The motor I just put in mine only had 20k or so on it since it was rebuilt, but it was stored for several years before I used it. So I put a belt on it before putting it back in service.
