That stuff you listed is part of a 60K. A 120K includes the oil pump. Depending on the milliage, I'd suggest the 120K. If the teeth on the belt stripped off, it's just as likely you bent valves in which case your heads will need to be rebuild. Usually the pistons are decent and usable. It really wouldn't be too bad to rebuild the heads and do a 120K on the motor. If you have a really high millage motor, just rebuild the whole thing. There are a few of us in the area that can do this. If you want to go with a 3.5L engine, you're gonna have to talk to John Monnin (iirc). He's not too far away and is one of the originals to the 3.5L swap.

i could make it a 3.1/3.5 liter? that would be bad ass but i need to learn a lot more about the mechanics of these cars before i can jump in and do that or i could pay one of you guys to help me with it....
