Service advisor said that the mid-shaft carrier bearing seal was showing pretty good wear but was still working fine. The car was bought in Jackson and my Mom still lives there so it made sense to get the car right before bringing it home. Now I'm wishing today away so I can bring home my new toy.

Well they all show carrier bearing wear, its not very serious just can be annoying. I also own a taurus, let me guess headgaskets,tranny, and heater core? Im sure we'll get together this summer.
