Default Help needed setting tranny bearing preloads

I am assembling my F5M33 FWD transmission completing a rebuild. I am trying to figure out how to set bearing preload/endplay but the manual leaves some ambiguity. If you have done this before I could use some help.

I measured the space between bearing races and the outer tranny case with pieces of solder that crushed while the tranny was torqured to spec. These are my measurements:

Differential: .0435"
Output shaft: .0510"
Intermediate shaft: .0565"
Input shaft: .0545"

My manual says for the F5M33:

Differential case preload .0020"-.0040"
Output shaft preload .0020"-.0040"
Intermediate gear preload .0020"-.0040"
Intermediate gear bearing end play .0004"-.0055"
Input shaft end play 0"-.0020"
Input shaft rear bearing end play 0"-.00354"

What size spacers should I be purchasing?
Also confused about input shaft end play and input shaft bearing end play...which to use?
